Terms Of Service

Upon receiving your initial request via email for a Dynamic Content Website or any other website, graphics work, Technical Development Service ,Trilogy Sites will provide you a written (email) quotation for the cost of these works. Your approval of these costs via return email will activate the following terms and conditions.

Trilogy Sites will build your Dynamic Content Website or any other website or graphic design work or SEO plan using, but not limited to, the information including pictures, text you provide us via emails from you.

Client is responsible for all spelling and grammar check of the contents.

Trilogy Sites will use images/photos provided by you or will offer images from its library or from the internet. Any image found that are required to be purchased by Trilogy Sites, you will be advised of the cost. Upon your approval, this cost will be an addition to your invoice.

Images and Videos should be properly labeled and of best quality possible. Videos should only be in YouTube or Vimeo; no other formats will be accepted.

Trilogy Sites will build the Dynamic Content Website with an initial dynamic content front page mockup for desktop, tablet, and mobile, and present that to you within 72 working hours for approval before the site moves to a full build. The mockup is of a design concept of nature and contains minimal content. This mockup will be charged at a rate of a front-page build and is payable regardless of moving to a full build site or not. If a full build site is ordered, the mockup cost becomes part of the full build cost.

Upon approval of this mockup, Trilogy Sites will invoice you for the 50% deposit based on the quotation you have agreed to and when that deposit has been confirmed as paid, Trilogy Sites will then move to a full build of the Dynamic Content Website which will be finalized within 7 - 21 working days. Trilogy Sites will allow you to make one set of back and forth (edits) to this site based on the information you have provided us with the site build form and prior emails. Any edits that are a result of a mistake by Trilogy Sites are not included in the single back and forth emails.

Any additions/changes to the site that have not been provided in the initial information and changes that are not associated with the original information will be completed at an additional cost of $ 20USD per back and forth email.

Trilogy Sites defines an edit as a change that requires no redesign of graphics, layout or additional pages. A change or addition is defined as any action that requires a new graphic design, change of template or layout, or additional pages.

If there will be outside links, such as third - party applications or websites, Trilogy Sites holds no responsibility if it won't work well in conjunction with the Dynamic Content Site.

For all Logo or any graphic design work Trilogy Sites will supply an initial design and present that to you within 72 working hours for approval before the design moves to full design creation. The mockup is of a design concept nature and contains minimal content and Trilogy Sites allows you one back and forth email change to this mockup. Upon approval of this mockup, Trilogy Sites will class this as your full approval of the design and will invoice you for the full cost based on the quotation you have agreed to and when that cost has been confirmed as paid, Trilogy Sites will then move to a Page | 2 Camel and Straw Pty Ltd | Australia ABN 35 169 455 627 www.TheCamel.co full design of your logo or any other graphic design works which will be finalized within 3 - 5 working days. Trilogy Sites will allow you to make one set of back and forth (edits) to this approved design. Any edits that are a result of a mistake by Trilogy Sites are not included in the single back and forth emails.

Any additions/changes to the design that have not been provided in the initial information and changes that are not associated with the original information or vary the agreed design will be completed at an additional cost of $20USD per back and forth email.

All invoices will have an additional handling fee of 5% to the total cost which is for third party payment channels (i.e. PayPal and/or Stripe) and currency conversion fluctuations.

Trilogy Sites builds will begin design once a deposit of 50% of the agreed contracted price has been paid. The remaining 50% of the agreed contracted price will be due and payable following the completion of the site as per the agreed original brief. On payment of the remaining 50% of the agreed contracted price (plus any agreed chargeable changes). Any additional changes will be invoiced separately.

Trilogy Sites will only provide access to the Dynamic Content Site after it has been made live. Any changes made by the client that result to site damages, malfunction, and the likes, will not be a responsibility of Trilogy Sites. We will be able to repair the damage at an additional cost.

All Graphic works created by Trilogy Sites will be watermarked and remain the property of Trilogy Sites until all balances of invoices are paid.

All Ongoing Site Management Services are to be paid in advance for a minimum term of six months. Then on a month to month basis.

Failure of any month to month to payments including site hosting will result in you having 7 days to rectify the payment situation of which you will be notified. If the situation is not rectified within 7 days your services will be suspended.

Trilogy Sites will use email, skype chat and/or text messaging for any form of communication with you.

Trilogy Sites makes no guarantees that any of its products or services will increase your business, give you page one google ranking, increase revenues or cure Global Warming, the common cold or create world peace.

Trilogy Sites believes that the customer is not always right. If you treat any of our staff with disrespect with verbal or written abuse, we will advise you of that, and ask you to play nice. We also reserve the right to terminate our business with you.

Trilogy Sites reserves the right to decline projects that have content that is discriminatory, violent or is sexually explicit in nature.
